These training sessions were used in the Aus4Innovation project: New cool chain is key to scaling Son-La safe vegetables.
The 3 part series covers vegetable postharvest physiology, managing temperature and managing cooling. Delivered by Dr Jenny Ekman the training aims to improve the understanding of how to use the newly built cool rooms and refrigerated trucks now present in Son-La province Vietnam.
