MushroomLink Magazine Issue 02

The new-look quarterly magazine is an important part of the Australian mushroom industry communications program, supported by the Hort Innovation Mushroom Fund and the Australian Government.

The second issue of the new MushroomLink magazine is now available. It contains articles on mushroom’s impact on cholesterol, where there are opportunities to add mushrooms to menus, the ‘ins’ and ‘outs’ of nitrogen in compost and more.
