Demetrio graduated from University of Bari Aldo Moro, Italy, with a Bachelor of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies focusing on horticulture and protected cropping.
With 15 years experience in hydroponic vegetable production, working as a grower and operations manager, Demetrio has the scientific knowledge, passion, and practical experience of growing vegetables which enables him to assist Australian growers to increase yield, efficiency and profit, particularly while using modern technologies to grow produce in controlled environment agriculture (CEA).
When he’s not working, Demetrio enjoys off-road biking, kayaking, hiking or appreciating the beautiful Australian beaches.
