Izumi recently graduated from The University of Sydney, with a Bachelor of Science and Advanced Studies (Honours) in Agriculture, majoring in Plant and Animal Production. She is interested in sustainable horticultural systems and applying science-based approaches to support resilient, productive farming practices.
Her interests include soil health, plant nutrition, integrated pest and disease management, and particularly how these components can work together within farming systems.
