Lachie graduated from Massey University, New Zealand, with a Bachelor of Horticultural Science. From growing up on a dairy farm, to a variety of roles across the agricultural and horticultural sector, Lachie brings broad practical and technical experience to his research work.
He is interested in exploring and implementing novel solutions to the challenges of farming. Based in Southern Queensland, Lachie has a key role in the next-gen weed management project, where he will be responsible for conducting trials of new technologies that will help deliver better outcomes for Australian growers.
